About Nancy
Chien-Eriksen
After having studied two memorable years in Italy, Nancy Chien-Eriksen has long been inspired by the concept of the Renaissance woman, versed in multiple interests and accomplishments.
Nancy has made her full time living as an artist since 1973, showing in innumerable juried art shows across the U.S. Currently she shows mainly at Renaissance Festivals in California and in Colorado. Some of her work can be seen www.nancyart.com.
She graduated in fine arts, art history, and Italian minor at UCLA, studied at the University of Padua, Italy, and also at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, Italy.
Her other passions include teaching Italian to adults, cooking vegan, riding her horses in the moonlight, and attempting to learn computer programs.
